ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.71 of 2014 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent conducted the petition enquiry and closed the case as 'mistake of fact' on 20.08.2014.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
