This petition has been filed to direct the learned III Additional Session Judge cum Special Judge (PCR) Court, Madurai to pass order on the bail petition filed by the petitioners on the same day of surrender in P.R.C. No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum Sub Court, Vadipatti in Crime No.468/2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Alanganallur Police Station, Madurai.

2. Since a grave offence under Section 307 IPC stands disclosed, this is not a fit case to consider the prayer that has been sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
