ORDER
The direction sought for in the present Writ Petition is to give proper and adequate treatment for fractured right leg, right hand of the petitioner's son and transfer him to the private hospital for proper and better treatment based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2020.
2.Today (01.03.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner.
3.A perusal of the counter affidavit filed by the 5th respondent indicates that treatment has been provided in Government Hospital and he was properly treated. In such view of the matter, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
