C.M.P.(MD)No.4252 of 2022 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner,the court made the following order:- There is a delay of 714 days in representing the appeal. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner is to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) in favour of the Siddha Unit attached to this Bench on or before 14.06.2022.

3.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
