ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.40 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 406 and 380 of IPC.

2. The defacto complainant Thiru.Subhash Kumar Agarwala is present in person. He has been duly identified by his counsel Thiru.Suresh Babu. The defacto complainant states that he has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR.

3. When the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, it is futile to keep the prosecution alive. The impugned FIR is quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
