This is the second quash application that has been filed by the petitioner. The first quash application in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20130 of 2016 was dismissed as withdrawn on 05.06.2017. When this Court was about to dismiss this present quash petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Permission is granted. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
