3. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the name of the petitioner was not found in the Attendance Registers maintained from 2017 onwards and that the Appointment Order filed by the petitioner was not issued by the competent authority, since the President of the Society has no authority to appoint an employee of the Society. This is on expression of inability to get any instructions on the claim made by the petitioner.

4. Considering the same and also taking into account the nature of the relief sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court does not see any reason to go into the merits of the matter and is of the considered view that it would be appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage itself, directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
