For Respondent : Mr.Kr.Bharathi Kannan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.145 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 4(1)(aaa) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.145 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the Supervisor in TASMAC Shop No.12017. He along with co-accused arranged for selling 1398 bottles of liquor on higher price. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police strongly opposed this petition on the ground that the previous petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed recently and there is no change in circumstances.

5.Considering the facts of the case and the fact that there is no change in circumstances since the dismissal of the earlier anticipatory bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal origianl petition is dismissed.
