Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
