O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb to enter into his own patta land to construct a house in Survey No. 712/3, Plot No.29, Ward No.10, Kariya Goundanpudur, Kodalvavi Village, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.02.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry in CSR No.221 of 2017 is pending against R3.
3. In the considered opinion of this Court, direction to the respondent police to give police protection to the property of the petitioner in a civil dispute, cannot be granted. However, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police shall conduct enquiry by calling the petitioner and R3 and ensure that no physical harm befalls the petitioner. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
