Advocate for the Petitioner , this Court made the following order: Considering the fact that the proceedings are now pending in W.A(MD) Nos.157 of 2021 and 250 of 2021, the clarification that has been sought for in C.M.P(MD) No.4548 of 2019 can be obtained in the writ appeals.
