when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent before the Superintendent of Police, Coimbatore, a petition enquiry is conducted by the third respondent, in which the petitioner appeared and had given the statement. dispute was essentially civil in nature, the respondent police advised both the parties to approach the civil Court.
