PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue direction to transfer the investigation and further directing the 3rd respondent to forward the petitioner complaint dated 07.04.2022 to the 2nd respondent for conducting an enquiry under the code of criminal procedure.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation and further direct the third respondent to forward the petitioner complaint dated 07.04.2022 to the second respondent for conducting an enquiry under the code of criminal procedure.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the same was closed on 26.03.2022 and as of now https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7365 of 2022 no complaint is pending on the file of the file of the third respondent. That apart before registration of the First Information Report change of investigation does not arise, hence the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered.
