ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to struck off obstruction petition filed by the first respondent herein in E.A.No.8 of 2023 in EP.No. 3 of 2019 in R.C.O.P.No. 12 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court (Rent Controller) Theni by allowing this civil revision petition.

2.Eventhough, this Civil Revision Petition is preferred against the filing of the obstruction petition by the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose the application within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent also agrees for issuance of such direction.

4. In view of the above submission, the learned District Munsif (Rent Controller), Theni, is directed to dispose of the obstruction petition 2/4

in E.A.No.8 of 2023 in E.P.No.3 of 2019 in R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2006 pending in his file, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
