This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to instruct the 3rd respondent, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter and he is facing four criminal cases including offences under Sections 392 and 457 of I.P.C.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
