ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to expedite the trial in C.C.No.41 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the case has been stayed by the Sessions Court, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.1841 of 2017 in Crl.R.No.12 of 2017. 3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Sessions Judge, Sivagangai is directed to dispose of the revision case in Crl.R.No.12 of 2017 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
