Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents.

2. Today, Mr.Mahin Abu Bakkar, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Asaripallam Police Station, is present before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.343/2016 has been completed and the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and a closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Nagercoil and since the petitioner refused to receive the closure report, the same has been pasted on the house door of the petitioner in the presence of the Village Administrative Officer.
