This petition has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time'' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.46 of 2006 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi.

2. The learned Principal District Judge, has sent a letter in D.No.6376/2025 dated 18.07.2025, along with the letter of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.46 of 2006, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19.04.2022.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case.
