ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused in Crime No.4 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 5(m) r/w 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, who is aged about 49 years, is alleged to have misbehaved with the defacto complainant's daughter aged about 10 years. He would further submit that due to money dispute, the present false complaint has been lodged by the defacto complainant. The petitioner is innocent. He has not committed any offence as alleged in the complaint. He has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the serious nature of the offences alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
