ORDER

The petitioner is the sixth defendant in the suit in O.S.No.98 of 2010 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Theni. The said suit was filed by the plaintiffs/respondents 1 and 2 herein for partition.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the suit is of the year 2010 and though the suit is ripe for trial in the year 2017, the defendants 1 to 5, 7 to 14/respondents 3 to 14 herein are purposely dragging the suit proceedings by seeking adjournments and the same is still pending. Hence, he prays for early disposal of the suit.

3. Considering that the suit is of the year 2010, this Court directs the learned Sub Judge, Theni, to conclude the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.98 of 2010 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
