ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 172 days in filing criminal revision case against M.C.No.106 of 2022, dated 10.06.2024 on the file of the Learned Family Court, Theni pending disposal of the above criminal revision case. 1/3

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of M.C.No.106 of 2022 on the file of learned Family Court, Theni within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and further this Court directs the petitioner to pay the monthly maintenance of Rs.17,000/- till the criminal revision case is getting admitted.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision case and post the case on 11.07.2025.
