This petition has been filed to direct the the respondent to take necessary steps to alter F.I.R. No.824 of 2015, dated 10.11.2015 with the relevant provisions for the offence of attempt to murder u/s 307 I.P.C. on the file of the respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2016 within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the respondent, after conducting the investigation in Crime NO.824 of 2015, filed charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate

Court and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.21 of 2016.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
