ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police not to take any action based upon the complaint given by the second respondent herein. It is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based upon the complaint given by the second respondent herein, a case was registered in Crime No. 10 of 2021 on 19.04.2021 under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 354 and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.
