ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner often making calls and asked her to appear before the respondent police and harassed her under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's brother is accused in Crime No.614 of 2016, and she was called only for enquiry to know the accused person's whereabouts and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the 2nd respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
