O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1 to 3 respondents to conduct enquiry and take legal action against the fourth respondent and pass appropriate orders based on the petitioner's representations dated 06.01.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent forged some documents and filed the same as supporting documents in A.S.No.154 of 2019 before the Sub Court, Melur. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 06.01.2025, but the same has not been considered. 2/5
Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, C.S.R.No.22 of 2025 was assigned and after enquiry, the same was closed on 12.01.2025. Therefore, the petitioner's complaint was closed. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 4.In reply, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the offences are serious in nature but the respondent police have not conducted proper enquiry and not even enquired the petitioner. However, they closed the petitioner's complaint. Therefore, the closure report has to be set aside.
5.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to take action based on the representation, dated 06.01.2025 and the same was already considered and closed by the third respondent, it is for the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
