measuring about 1.27.5 Hectares totally 3.47.5 hectares situated at Panamooppanpatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner applied for quarry lease. The petitioner's application was returned by the third respondent for rectification and resubmission with revised and latest document. The return was made on 05.02.2024.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the application was re-submitted. This is contested by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

4.I do not want to go into the said controversy. The petitioner is permitted to prepare a fresh set of application and present the same to the 2/4

third respondent. The said application should be in terms of the earlier communication dated 05.02.2024. If the same is in order, the third respondent will forward the same to the first respondent through the second respondent.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, re-submission will be made. The third respondent will forward the same to the first respondent within a month thereafter. The first respondent shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter. 6.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
