respondents 2 and 3 to approve the petitioner's appointment as Physical Director from the date of his appointment i.e. on 04.06.2007 instead of 12.06.2009 and also pay the back wages and monetary benefits for the period from 04.06.2007 to 11.06.2009. 2.According to the petitioner, he was appointed on 04.06.2007 as Physical Director. However, his appointment was approved only on 12.06.2009. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondents on 22.06.2015 seeking to approve his appointment from the academic year 20072008. Since no order has been passed so far, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
