This petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and interfere in the civil matters and to act in accordance with law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry in C.No.37 of 2023 was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it came to notice that it is purely civil dispute, in respect of which suit was filed and the same was ended against the petitioner. He further submitted that second respondent also given a complaint against the petitioner and the same was also closed.

3. Since the complaint itself was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
