This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by one Kaliammal, a case in Cr.No.66 of 2016 has been registered against one Radhika, who is absconding. It is stated that the petitioner has a touch with the said Radhika and therefore, in order to trace the whereabouts of Radhika, the police have summoned the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for the enquiry and during the enquiry, he shall not be harassed.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
