return the original certificate to the petitioner, which were given by him at the time of appointment as Assistant Professor in the second respondent College along with relieving / experience certificate and arrear salary of Rs.1,57,000/-, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2021.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to return his original certificates along with relieving / experience certificate and arrear salary. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the respondents 2 & 3 submitted that the relief sought for has already been complied and the documents have been returned to the petitioner. That 2/4
apart, the arrears of salary to the tune of Rs.1,57,423/- was also settled to the petitioner, vide Cheque No.444859 dated 24.02.2023. The letter of the petitioner for the receipt of this amount and the documents has also been produced before this Court.
3.The petitioner's Counsel has not disputed the averments made by the respondents 2 & 3.
4.In view of the above development, recording the submission made by the respondents 2 & 3, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Index :
