PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the proceedings of the second respondent vide letter No.35840/CC1(1)13-1 dated 31.12.2013 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to disburse the death cum terminal benefits available to the petitioner and the petitioner's children in lieu of death of the petitioner's husband Somasundara Mahalingam at the rate of 18% interest within the stipulated period fixed by this Court.
