The above petition is filed to order substituted service of notice to the sixth respondent by way of publishing the notice in any one of the daily Newspaper in C.M.A.

2. No representation for the respondents 7 and 9.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned counsel appearing for the 8th respondent. Records perused.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the sixth respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Madurai Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 10.06.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 27.05.2026.

5. Post the matter on 10.06.2026.
