This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.126 of 2016 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is the resident of Thoothukudi and he is not co-operating for the enquiry in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ No.126 of 2016 dated 02.07.2016 and due to that still petition enquiry is pending.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to co-operate for the enquiry.
