ORDER

Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents not to make any appointment or approve any appointment including teaching and nonteaching staff at the fifth respondent school before approving the school agency by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2018.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
