The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the third respondent by way of paper publication in any one of Tamil daily having circulation in Bangalore.

2.Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. Records perused.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the third respondent by paper publication in English Daily viz., Indian Express, in Bangalore Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 28.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 18.04.2026.

4. Post the matter on 28.04.2026.
