O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The complaint of the petitioner is that the order of the Division Bench dated 27.10.2022 has not been complied with.

2. Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents are unable to take action for removal of encroachment since the land is classified as "Natham" and an order dated 12.04.2023 has been communicated to the petitioner to that effect.

3. Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has no instructions as to the receipt of such order.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to send a copy of the order dated 12.04.2023 to the petitioner by registered post forthwith. The contempt petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the said order upon receipt of the same.
