Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to disburse the two advance increments to the petitioner for completing his Post Graduate in M.Pharm (PG period from 27.07.2009 to 28.05.2011) as additional qualification to B.Pharm w.e.f 19.10.2015 to till date based on the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Ref.No.13153/E3/2018, dated 26.11.2019, as per the G.O.Ms.No.907, Personnel and Administration Reforms (FR.II) Department, dated 17.09.1986, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
