For Respondent : Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 62 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 153 of I.P.C., r/w Section 67 of the Information Technology Act(Amendment Act 2008) in Crime No.62 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.It is seen that A2 created Tiktok vedio and A1 forwarded the same in the social media, which was created clash between two communities in the village.

CRL OP(MD). No.6528 of 2020 4.Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
