ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submits that the case was registered in Crime No.76 of 2025 against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 296 (b), 115(2), 351(3), 118(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. In view of the alleged offences, it is clear that the alleged offences against the petitioners are bailable in nature.
