ORDER

This Petition has been filed to directing the second respondent to appoint an appropriate officer to conduct enquiry on the basis of the proceedings of the first respondent in O.Mu.No:11316/2019/G3, dated 20.05.2020.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 20.05.2020 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the fourth respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
