This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 162 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 162 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil on 15.09.2021 itself.
