ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 06.06.2014 to cancel the irregular appointments made on 30.08.2012 through the proceedings of the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent in Na.Ka.No.E1/6719/2012 within a time as stipulated by this Court.

2.In pursuance of the order dated 25.07.2014 passed by this Court, permitting the petitioner to implead all the irregular appointees referred in his representation and in the proceedings of the first respondent dated 30.08.2012, the petitioner has filed M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2014 for impleading the respondents No. 3 to 12 therein as the respondents No. 3 to 12 in the Writ Petition and the same has been ordered by this Court today.

3.Having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for in the Writ Petition and without expressing any view on the correctness of the contention raised, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority of the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation to dispassionately consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 06.06.2014, and pass reasoned orders, on merits in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the persons concerned, and communicate such decision to the petitioner and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on or before 31.12.2017. No costs.
