This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to include the relevant sections under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 in Crime No. 9 of 2024 on the file of the respondent no.3 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already they completed the investigation and the relevant provisions under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 were also been included and the charge sheet was also filed. Now the case is pending in Spl.S.C.No.46 of 2024 before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner was already considered and nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and recording the above said submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
