3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the offence alleged in this case is bailable in nature.

4. In view of the above submission, this petition is not maintainable and therefore, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
