Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to consider and pass suitable orders in his representation dated 18.07.2018 within a time frame fixed by this Court. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the second and third respondents to consider and pass suitable orders in his representation dated 18.07.2018. However, it is informed by the learned Government Advocate that despite notice being issued by the District Revenue Officer, Madurai, to the petitioner to appear for personal hearing, the petitioner is refusing to appear in person before him and he is sending third party on his behalf.

2. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent for the next hearing. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated

18.07.2018, on hearing the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if once again the petitioner fails to appear in person, the representation shall be closed stating that the petitioner is not interested in the proceedings.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
