ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner challenges the impugned order passed by the Tahsildar indicating that there is no encroachment on survey Nos. 464/2, 464/16 and 462D, Sengipatti Village, Budalur Taluk, Thanjavur District.
2. The petitioner claims to be a former Village Administrative 2/6
Officer of the said village. According to her, the seventh respondent has encroached upon a portion of the Government land and also put up an illegal construction without any planning permission. Therefore, she sent a representation and sought a direction to consider her representation in W.P.(MD) No.5431 of 2025. Earlier, this Court, vide its order dated 03.03.2025, has ordered the Authorities to consider the representation. Pursuant to that order, the impugned order came to be passed wherein it is stated that there is no encroachment on the said land as alleged by the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has vehemently said that the Tahsildar's report is not correct.
4. On further perusal of the entire complaints filed by the petitioner, we are of the view that the filing of this writ petition is nothing but only to settle the personal score. The petitioner alleged that she had been arrested in a criminal case only at the instigation of the seventh respondent, which resulted in filing of an FIR against the petitioner. Now, the petitioner wants to establish the defence theory by 3/6
way of this writ petition. Further, the complaints sent to the Police and Higher Officials clearly show that she wants to establish the defence in the crime case by throwing allegations against the seventh respondent. Therefore, we are of the view that to establish her defence, this Court is not a platform. Hence, we do not find any merits in this writ petition.
