ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file an application under Section 4(3) of TNPID Act before the TNPID Court along with delay petition in connection with C.C.No.11 of 2013 within time frame fixed by this Court and consequently direct the learned Special Judge of TNPID Court to dispose the application filed by the second respondent under Section 4(3) of TNPID Act within time frame as fixed by the Court. 2.Accordingly, the second respondent filed a petition along with condone delay to 1590 days filing the petition for confirmation of attachment as contemplated under Section 4(3) of TNPID Act before the Special Court for TNPID Act, Madurai. It was allowed in I.A.No.62 of 2021 dated 20.12.2021. The same has been challenged by one of the accused persons before this Court in C.R.P.(MD).No.169 of 2022 and this Court stayed all further proceedings. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
