PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners to construct a compound wall in S.No.468/21, 468/23 situated at Pattanvilai, Kurunthancode B Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District. This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners to construct a compound wall in S.No.468/21, 468/23 situated at Pattanvilai, Kurunthancode B Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 10.04.2021.
