ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute relating to the suit property in O.S.No.91 of 2009, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai, between the parties concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
