O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to interfere in civil dispute which is the subject matter of the pending suit in O.S.No.25 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti and O.S.No.151 of 2016 on the file of the VI Additional District Court, Madurai, under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.

3. It appears that based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, the First Information Report was registered as against this petitioner in Crime No.55 of 2020. However, the respondent Nos.1 to 3 are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, except the crime committed by the petitioner in Crime No.55 of 2020.
